TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Douglas City Council, Ref 25/10142/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 4 of 24/91042/B detailing tree protection plan at Operational Service Centre Isle Of Man Business Park Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 2QY .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the documents, tree protection plan and drawing no. E&R.23.069.1001 Issue B, E&R.23.069.1004 Issue A, which have all been received on 18th November 2025.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with DEFA Forestry, which is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 4 of application 24/91042/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
