Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Bird strike mitigation
Prior to the use of the development hereby approved, glazed balustrading shall be installed in accordance with details which have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Department and which set out details bird strike mitigation measures being applied to the glass. The balustrading shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To reduce the risk of bird strike from the glazed balustrades within the proposals.
Flood risk mitigation
Prior to the use of the development hereby approved, the flood risk mitigation measures within the submitted Flood Risk Assessment shall be carried out in full, and be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the proposals do not result in an unacceptable risk to human health or property as a result of flooding.
