TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Dandara Homes Limited, Ref 25/10146/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 9 of 25/90412/B detailing tree protection plan at Parkfield And Adjacent Land Ballahick Lane Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 2AD.

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision relates to the documents, Arboricultural Impact Assessment, Arboricultural Impact Assessment Addendum, and drawing no. 6229 LAN-XX-XX-DR-A-7201-P01, 6229LAN-XX-XX-DR-A-7301-P01, which have all been received on 27th October 2025.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with DEFA Ecosystem Policy Officer, which is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 9 of application 25/90412/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
