General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with zoning and other policies if it respects site/surroundings in siting/layout/scale/design/landscaping (b), does not adversely affect surrounding landscape/townscape character (c), does not adversely affect local residents' amenity or locality character (g), and is designed with regard to energy consumption reduction best practice (n). Time limit
