Re: 97/1548 - Mercury Construction Co Ltd - Erection of new split level house and detached garage, building plot between Geay Varrey and Seacliffe, Clayhead Road, Baldrine, Lonan.
Amended plan no. received in this office on the , has been submitted in respect of the above planning application.
The local authority and the DoT have been sent copies of the amended plans by ourselves.
If you wish to view these amended plans, they are available for inspection at this office within normal office hours or alternatively you may contact your local authority and arrange with them to view the plans at their office. Should you wish to comment on the amendments, you should do so in writing, within 14 days of the date of this letter.
Once the fourteen day period has expired the amended plans will be forwarded to the relevant planning officer for their consideration.

re: PA 97/1548 - erection of dwelling, plot between Geay Varrey and Seacliffe, Clay Head Road, Baldrine, Lonan
I refer to the above application which is currently being deferred pending the preparation of further plans from yourself. You will recall that the Director of Planning was not prepared to approve the application as submitted and requested that the rear elevation which will be visible from the Laxey-Baldrine coast road, should be improved and further detailing added.
I would be grateful if you would progress this matter as soon as possible so that the application may be determined without delay.
