Recent Planning Applications was discussed at the Commissioners' meeting held on Tuesday last. The Commissioners have no objection to the following being approved:

• 19/01124 - Field Access between fields 234280 & 324282, Heritage Trail, Glen Vine
• 19/01157 - Alterations, Extension, Dormer Windows and detached garage with living accommodation above at Cronk Reayrt, Main Road, Crosby.
• 19/01176 - Alterations and two extensions at 6 Reayrt ny Chrink, Crosby
• 19/01194 - Alterations to barn; additional use of dwelling as dog care centre; alterations to vehicle access at Rockville, Main Road, Crosby.
• 19/01201 - Three detached dwellings at plots 2,3,4 Ballagarey Grove, Glen Vine
• 19/01231 - Replace wall with fence and gate at Sunnybank House, West Baldwin
