Environment Policy 2
Emphasises impact on landscape as key determining factor. Existing silos visible from roads; replacements identical in position and appearance (dark green), screened by conifers, with no increased intrusion.

Environment Policy 22
Prevents development causing unacceptable harm via pollution, emissions, noise etc. No emissions from silos; no pollution or amenity impacts identified.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
