Highway Comments: The proposed entrance door should not create any new highway issues as the red line application boundary excludes the adjacent footway which forms part of the public highway. Should there be any impact on the public highway then the applicant would need a Section 109 highway agreement to permit any required changes.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
