Applicant: Highways Division Proposal: Alterations and amendments to highways, installation of new street furniture, lighting plus hard and soft landscaping, Market Hill Ramsey Isle Of Man
In accordance with paragraph 10 of the above Order, the person appointed by the Council of Ministers to consider this application has submitted his report. In accordance with paragraph 10.3(a) and (b), a copy of the appointed persons report is enclosed. On the 1st December 2011, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and amendments to highways, installation of new street furniture, lighting plus hard and soft landscaping as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings AP (00) 01, AP (09) 01, AS (00) 01, AP (90) 02a, and AP (--) 01 and AP/01/08 received on 9th June 2011 and 19th September 2011.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Department a detailed drawings showing all lighting columns, tactile paving, the type and position of traffic signs and road markings and position of street furniture which all shall be installed accordance with these approved plans.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Department samples of the hard surfacing which shall be installed accordance with this approval.
