In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th July 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a new doorway and window to replace the existing entrance doors and alteration to steps as shown in drawing number A_P_100 and A_P_101 date stamped 25th May 2011.
NOTE This permission does not grant consent for the relocation of the "Appleby" signage, as this would require a separate consent under The Control of Advertisement Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
