Re. Planning Application For Foxdale Heritage Interpretation Board
Foxdale Heritage (Charity No. 907) would like to erect a second Interpretation Board in the grounds adjacent to Louisa House, East Foxdale Road, Eairy, Foxdale, with information (text and photographs) about the Mining Industry in Foxdale. The location, dimensions of the board etc are included on the attached sheets. This is the second of two boards to be located in the same field - Field No. 333144.
This would be one of ten proposed boards around the village of Foxdale, explaining aspects of social and architectural history pertaining to the area, with particular reference to the Mining Industry and the associated Railway.
This particular board is No.10 on the small village map. Boards numbered 1,2,3,4 and 8 have already been approved and erected.
Included with 4 x Application for Express Consent forms, the Planning Application Check List and the Certificate of Land Ownership are:
- A simple map (not to scale) showing the location of all ten boards;
- 4 x diagrams showing the dimensions of the board, including description of materials used;
- Two photographs to indicate the location;
- A Site Location Map.
NB. The design of the text and photographs has not yet been completed but is similar to previous boards.
