a. Ref PA 23/00545/B. Andreas School. Proposed single storey extension to rear of school to create new female toilets and conversion of existing pupil toilets into disabled WC/shower & store, including associated wheelchair access ramp & external steps.
Andreas Parish Commissioners have no objection to this application on the understanding that access for the proposed work is not via the Sports field and the Sports field is not used for storing building materials. The Commissioners have also highlighted to the agent that the boundary line for the School play area is incorrect and have copied the relevant documentation to the agent. (Copy attached - taken from the deeds prepared by Dickinson Cruickshank & Co and signed by parties as shown on 15th May 1975)
